Would you say you have experience providing world class customer service? We need your expertise! This is a high volume and fast paced environment where you will be working off a computer screen and will be required to multi-task efficiently. You will answer calls and follow up with customers via phone and to assist with technical support.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (you will work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7:30 AM and 6 PM)
- Serve as first line support for customers and end users via telephone and email
- Transfer information to customers
- Data entry into CRM
- Communicate with other departments and team members
- Plan equipment installs as requested
- Help resolve customer issues and provide after-sales support
