Responsibilities

 

The Procurement Specialist will have the following responsibilities:

• Support tactical buyers to implement all negotiations of Purchases (prices, conditions of payment supply, contracts ...)
• Management of transactional purchase data to suppliers
• Update vendor agreements (transactional data) in ERP system
• Item setup
• Price updates
• Close relationship with stakeholders
• Review low value purchase request

Qualifications: 

• A Bachelor’s degree in business and 3-5 years of related experience
• Proven experience working as a procurement specialist in the same area required
• Additional certification in the field of procurement desired
• Vast knowledge of the industry and market conditions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Impeccable negotiation and problem-solving skills
