Assist in the maintenance of a community information resource file
Assure that equipment (as applicable; copier, postage meter, printers, answering machine, etc.) are kept in working order. Advise the Regional Administrator if repairs need to be made.
Know how to do the basic equipment maintenance
Distribute e-mails to staff as directed
Maintain an adequate inventory of supplies and submit supply order to R.A.
Consistently represent the Agency in a professional manner
Promote the highest ethical standards for the Agency
Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
Maintain a neat, orderly and safe workplace
Utilize proficient verbal and written communication skills including acceptable language and word choice in the field of MR/DD
Ensure reasonable security and care for the agency's equipment
Promote cost effectiveness in the use of office supplies and other expenses
Comply with all established agency policies and procedures
Other administrative duties as assigned
