Customer Care Rep

Currently seeking candidates for a position with a great financial company! Position requires two - five years of related experience. This position will assist with a wide variety of services and advise as to how best utilize company products and services in order to meet personal financial goals and provide the highest quality of customer service. Candidate must prioritize skills, provide excellent customer service, follow up on customer inquires, general product knowledge, assist clients with technology based questions and services, ability to adapt and firm understanding of online services offered and how they are utilized. If you are a superior customer service candidate with great response time and goes above and beyond service level standards, then this is your job! 


This is an 8 week contract assignment. Using time management and prioritization skills, provide a timely response/follow up to customer inquiries, via the telephone and in writing, regarding balance/transaction inquiries, alerts, errors/disputes, general product information, digital/mobile banking application assistance, business banking and special handling requests. Understands ShoreTel system in a manner which allows quick and accurate resolution of customer issues.

Develop and maintain working competencies across multiple systems; employ critical thinking “outside the box” skills to assist clients with technology-based questions and services; ability to adapt to an ever-changing system of processes and technology; firm understanding of online banking services offered by financial institutions and how they are utilized by the consumer.
