We have an exciting new temp to hire opportunity in the Wayne, NJ area! Please note, this is an ON SITE position. Bilingual (Spanish) is strongly preferred but not required. - Respond to employee inquires and concerns
- Assist with the recruitment process, perform background checks and issue offer letters
- Administer benefits, including enrollments, changes and terminations
- Maintain employee records and files
- Perform new hire orientations and coordinate employee training sessions
- Assist with payroll and HR projects
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Conduct audits of payroll, benefits and other HR programs.
- Keep abreast of the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Bilingual - Spanish (2 years of experience is required)
