Administrative assistant

Do you have experience in administrative work? Are you knowledgeable in the manufacturing field? You can use both of those skills in this Administrative Assistant position. We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant opportunity with one of our clients in Yeadon, PA.  Applicants must have experience with Quickbooks and data entry.  This is a temporary to permanent position that can start immediately! Hours- Monday-Friday 7am-4pm Pay Rate- $15- $16/hr We look forward to working with you!  

Responsibilities

 

-Schedule pickups, deliveries, & sample requests.

-Oversee visitor check-ins and check

- Verify customer purchase orders for correct pricing and quantities

-Enter daily sales orders in QuickBooks database

Enter bills and payments 

-Enter Pick Orders into WASP 

Skills

  • Quickbooks (2 years of experience is required)
  • Data Entry (2 years of experience is required)
  • Administrative Duties (2 years of experience is required)
  • Microsoft Office
  • Answering Phones
  • order entry (2 years of experience is required)
