We have an immediate need for multiple Call Center Representatives for a remote, work from home Customer Support position.
The position will be paying $12.50 per hour with operational hours of 7am-7pm (8 hour shift will occur sometime between these hours). This is a temporary/project need estimated to last 2-3 months, potentially longer.
In this position you will be responsible for fielding inbound calls pertaining to unemployment benefits, assisting callers with application questions, troubleshooting problems, and scheduling follow up appointments.

*Access to a home laptop or PC with Microsoft Windows
*Reliable internet connection
*High school diploma or equivalent required
