Remote Collections Coordinating Manager

This fast growing company is seeking a customer support/collections leader to join their team and help them with a large project. Essentially this company is behind on their aging reports so are hiring a class of remote collections specialists to get caught up. This individual would help that class by answering questions, problem solving, and reconciling accounts in Excel and Netsuite. If you have 3+ years of customer support management experience, are familiar with reconciling accounts, and have advanced Excel skills- this is the job for you! 

Responsibilities

  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Support Management role > 5 people preferred 
  • Someone with experience to help triage and manage the call center/collections team that they are bringing on.
  • Someone with strong "customer support" experience so able to help with QA for the crew's emails out
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Most importantly, someone with strong excel skills to help guide the team on how to perform account reconciliations.
  • They have 9.000 past due accounts they need cleaned up and just hired a class of about 15 collections specialists- this person will help them escalate their various internal inquiries and show the team members how to reconcile accounts.
  • Netsuite experience is also required since there will be very limited time to train
