This person will be primarily answering and assessing calls and transferring them to the appropriate department/person. This candidate has to have previous customer service experience, especially working at a call center with Salesforce or other cloud-based telephone systems experience. Since the position is virtual, they will also need to have reliable home internet to perform their job duties.
