Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager who will be the lead point of contact for all matters related to their assigned account(s). They serve to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow the business within these accounts. A Program Manager must understand a client’s needs and deliver client-focused solutions to satisfy these needs, while also meeting the needs of the business. The Program Manager will develop strategic sales plans to oversee their assigned account(s) effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Finance-Provide fiscal forecasting, Identify and review margin dollars, explain variances in core business drivers. Web-Coordinate the creation and maintenance of the customer web ordering platform & maintain ultimate responsibility for the fastness and accuracy of the customer web ordering platform. Customer Service-Train and instruct CSRs on the standard operating procedure for unique managed businesses. Planning-Collaborate on appropriate inventory levels, holding stock, future order quantities, and forecasted sales. Coordinate on production order placement and timing to coordinate with identified critical paths. SOM & Distribution- Maintain ultimate responsibility for ensuring all non-back ordered items are allocating within the confines of contractually based requirements. Design & Technical- Coordinate the creation and presentation of any products. Master an understanding of garments “Key Cost Drivers." MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO THE HAWAII FACILITY OFTEN.
