We are a pizza oven manufacturer located in salinas and are looking to add an administrative assistant/office manager to the team. The candidate would provide administrative support to company management and field staff. Typical duties will include answering phones, auditing/filing compliance paperwork, copying, document assembly, checking emails, and other general office work as requested. While this is an intermediate position, there is room for growth for the right individual who is interested in advancement, and with a demonstrated skill set. Days and times during regular business hours have some flexibility with advance notice. This will be an in-office position, as we support the overall function of the business.
