Randstad's client, a well established subject matter expert in systems management is looking for a Human Resources Specialist with 1-2 years of experience who is able to work alongside the Human Resources Director and lead. This individual would assist with backlog of employment files, aid with onboarding, and ensure that all documents are within compliance. This role is approximately 3 months with potential for permanent hire and fully in the office. ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Help file physical hiring documents
- Update ATS with candidate information as it pertains to compliance
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding
- Answer benefits questions for new and existing employees
