Are you a planning, communication, and customer service expert? We are looking for a personable and professional Administrative Assistant for our client in West Chester. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years experience assisting with meetings, agendas, communications, and special projects. We are looking for a multi-tasker who thrives in a fast paced environment.
Assist callers requesting information via telephone and referral calls. (This includes County staff as well as knowledge of and referrals to community resources; use Propio, as needed, to assist callers; must be able to efficiently route a caller to the appropriate staff member.)
o Oversee the department's visiting area and assist walk-in consumers with on-line and paper applications as well as interpretation of letters and forms, etc. (Spanish/English).
o Sort, log and deliver incoming mail by department.
o Must be proficient in and able to maintain databases using various software.
o Provide backup for other office support positions as needed.
o Provide secretarial support to administrative staff as needed.
