A financial company in the DC area is looking to add an experienced Payroll Manager to their team - This position is responsible for preparing and processing a high volume of bi-weekly payrolls for multiple departments, as well as reporting to and working closely with the the Benifits Manager and Human Resources Team
Serves as the liaison for all technical reports and audit exams for Human Resources Serves as backup for Benefits Manager. Completes all salary survey reports on behalf of Bank. Provides training to employees on all Payroll, Timekeeping and Ultipro system. Maintains all new setups of the new tax jurisdictions. Monitors payroll changes, tax and reporting procedures and work schedules. Develops quarterly security reports for business continuity. Works with Accounting to reconcile all payroll related discrepancies. Provides all required reports for EVP, HR and auditors as requested. Serves as representative at Ultipro User Group meetings. Reviews, manages and corrects all leave accrual issues.
Manages and supports a Human Resources Information System (HRIS), typically including a core module of payroll, timekeeping and benefits administration. Serves as a liaison between HR, Accounting and IT
