Business Development Manager

Would you say you have experience providing world-class customer service and a proven sales record? We have a local company in Kennesaw that is in need of someone with your expertise. This is a high volume and fast-paced environment. A Business Development Account Manager’s main objective is to develop relationships with assigned customers. They also answer customer queries, upsell and follow up on quotes submitted to customers.  



Responsibilities

• Organize, update, and maintain customer base in CRM by recording changes to customer accounts, updating service requests, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
• Act as the primary responder for all incoming client and customer calls
• Act as a key resource in quoting, order processing, and developing new customer relationships
• Engage with multiple customers daily by reaching by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
• Maximize business opportunities with existing clients by building and maintaining client relationships
• Learn USI products and services and effectively present features/benefits to clients
• Work with Project Coordinator to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are met
• Maintain YOY increases in sales revenues with each assigned brand while attracting new brands
• Prepare sales information for customers 
• Secure and place orders taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels of fulfillment
