This is a high volume and fast-paced environment. A Business Development Account Manager’s main objective is to develop relationships with assigned customers. They also answer customer queries, upsell and follow up on quotes submitted to customers.
Responsibilities
- Organize, update, and maintain customer base in CRM by recording changes to customer accounts, updating service requests, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
- Act as the primary responder for all incoming client and customer calls
- Act as a key resource in quoting, order processing, and developing new customer relationships
- Engage with multiple customers daily by reaching by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
- Maximize business opportunities with existing clients by building and maintaining client relationships
- Learn USI products and services and effectively present features/benefits to clients
- Work with Project Coordinator to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are met
- Maintain YOY increases in sales revenues with each assigned brand while attracting new brands
- Prepare sales information for customers
- Secure and place orders taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels of fulfillment
