Sales Support Coordinators

The client seeks a Sales Support professional for the U.S. subsidiary. This role is a critical link between the Outside Sales Managers based in North America and the Product Management team headquarters in Germany.  The position will be based within the Lithia Springs, GA sales office. Looking for an experienced Sales Order Process Professional with great customer service skills. A process-oriented and detail-oriented approach to the position is absolutely essential. Experience with SAP & Microsoft suite is a must. Bachelors’ Degree with at least 3-5 years of experience in inside sales or back-office role. Familiarity with international logistics (INCOTERMS) and second language in German and/or Spanish are a plus.


  • Provide comprehensive customer support services, such as responding to (technically-related) inquiries and driving a process-oriented quote and order workflow
  • Lead processes surrounding quote creation and order entry, assist with tracking open projects, and assist sales team with researching specific customers or markets when needed
  • Serve as liaison between the German headquarters (technical department), the (North/South) American customers/sales agents, and the outside sales managers
  • Maintain up to date material and customer data in the SAP system
  • Liaison with freight forwarders to calculate shipping costs via sea or air freight and ensure on-time delivery
  • Gather pricing information through a search for sales history and determine final sales pricing in close cooperation with the outside sales manager
  • Work with logistics and accounting department to coordinate invoicing after successful order delivery
