Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end close (journal entries…)
- GL Account Reconciliaitons
- Ensuring assigned controls are signed off in an Internal Audit software
- Assist Accounts Payable with PO discrepancies
- Analyze Actual/Plan/Forecast variances
- Assist with running sales and inventory reports, tie inputs, run variances to prior quarter
- Apply payments to accounts (ACH and checks)
- Contact customers for payment or work out payment arrangements
- Apply credits to accounts
- Follow up on customer references and assist with customer account setup
