Staff Accountant

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close (journal entries…)
• GL Account Reconciliaitons
• Ensuring assigned controls are signed off in an Internal Audit software
• Assist Accounts Payable with PO discrepancies
• Analyze Actual/Plan/Forecast variances
• Assist with running sales and inventory reports, tie inputs, run variances to prior quarter
• Apply payments to accounts (ACH and checks)
• Contact customers for payment or work out payment arrangements
• Apply credits to accounts
• Follow up on customer references and assist with customer account setup

• Bachelors (required)
