We are currently recruiting for an office manager/bookkeeping opportunity at leading textile manufacturing company. We're looking for someone with great AP/AR experience that can work with vendors, help with purchase orders, and manage delivery schedules. 1. Financial and Commercial:
a. Responsible for monthly reports which include Sales Register, Purchase Register, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Inventory in warehouse and on consignment
b. Ensure remittance of Monthly Withholding Taxes to federal and state governments
c. Ensure Insurance Payments, Debit Notes to suppliers for commission, Vendor payables
a. Responsible for Customer Purchase Orders
b. Monitor Shipment Schedules, Respond to supplier if changes are needed or to confirm plan, interaction with customs broker, trucker and customer
c. Responsible for managing Customer delivery schedules, Coordinate with trucker, warehouse and customer
a. Special projects such sourcing vendors such as truckers and warehouse, requesting freight quotes, tracking credits
b. Corresponding with suppliers when schedules are not met and when customers need changes. Communicating with all parties.
c. Respond to all queries from suppliers, vendors and customer.
- Accounting (4 years of experience is preferred)
- A/P (4 years of experience is required)
- A/R (4 years of experience is required)
- Quickbooks (2 years of experience is required)
- Purchase orders (2 years of experience is preferred)
