Qualifications include: Experience in desktop publishing, spreadsheet, database, email, & internet, Microsoft Office (Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) 2 years of experience in a care setting working w/ regulatory agencies or legal entities & preparing for site/compliance visits preferred but not required Familiarity w/ audio-visual equipment utilization Ability to manage projects in a health care setting Experience in customer service
Filing and Database maintenance
Document drafting and proofreading
Maintains & Updates program documentation/records
Assistance with calendar management & scheduling
Assembly, routing, and distribution of documents
Disseminates and provides customer support to departmental communications sent to Faculty
Assistance with data collection
Maintenance of online platforms such as SharePoint
