Administrative assistant

Are you a planning, communication, and customer service expert? We are looking for a personable and professional Administrative Assistant for our client in Southern Indiana. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years experience assisting with meetings, agendas, communications, and special projects. We are looking for a multi-tasker who thrives in a fast paced environment. The position is temporary to hire and will be located in Southern Indiana.  


- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence

- Responsible for dispatching services 

- Assist President and Management with administrative duties

- Will be responsible for assisting Safety Manager with compliance

- Computer literacy and facility with word processing, spreadsheets, data entry and basic accounting software

- Must be proficient in MicroSoft Office
