We have partnered with a large manufacturing company that is hiring an Administrative Assistant! This position is located in Ossining, NY. We are seeking a candidate with administrative/office support experience. In this role, you will be a jack of all trades (administrative duties, as well as sitting at the front desk, answering phones, helping other executives in the office if needed - ordering lunches etc). Experience working within the Manufacturing industry is a plus. Computer proficiency required. Responsibilities
-Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President/CEO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
-Arranges travel for all staff members.
-Complete expense reports for the executive staff.
-Plans, coordinates and ensures the President/CEO's schedule is followed and respected.
