Human Resources Assistant

position: HR Assistant pay: $20-$25/hour hours: 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday temp-hire role, with room for growth onsite role in Warminster, PA 18974 Responsibilities:

  • Review applications/screens candidates 
  • Schedule interviews with qualified candidates/hiring managers
  • Create and extend offers to candidates identified to be hired
  • Update job descriptions for new openings
  • Schedule pre-employment testing for new hires
  • Follow up and communicate candidate’s status to hiring managers
  • Coordinate new hire orientation 
  • Prepares orientation packets
  • Maintain employee documents (i.e. employee files, policies and procedures)
  • Participate in the Activities Committee meetings
  • Assist in organizing the Employee Appreciation events
  • Update HR/Benefits information
Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resources, Recruiting 
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Must be organized/ attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and HRIS System
  • Manufacturing Office environment preferred 
Responsibilities

  • Coordinate  new hire orientation for all new hires and the facilitators
  • Coordinate new hire orientation with facilitators
  • Prepares orientation packets to be completed by new hires
  • Maintain employee documents (i.e. employee files, policies and procedures, etc.)
  • Participate in the Activities Committee meetings
  • Assist in organizing the Employee Appreciation and Engagement events
  • Update HR and Benefits information bulletin boards (physical and virtual)
  • Help update policies and procedures
