Our well known, Chester County client is looking for a temporary customer representative that has the opportunity to go permanent. This person will be answering phone inquiries from customers and inputting information into database system. This person will have the chance to interact with a high volume of clients on the phone and help problem solve. This person needs to have customer service experience with answering a high volume of phone calls a day and be able to work independently.
-Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers with various inquiries including placing an order, questions/issues with a prior order, billing questions, scheduling questions, etc.
-Place outbound calls and emails as needed to address customer questions and concerns
-Document all customer interactions into CRM system and MS Excel as needed
-Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
