Thank you for viewing this posting. Randstad is hiring an experienced Contract to Hire  administrative assistant/marketing coordinator for an Engineering office in the Nashville area. This role will require that the candidate have substantial experience as an administrative assistant, or in a support role, preferably in the engineering or architectural field.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to enter into the vibrant engineering field. - Approximately 20-25hrs/wk - $20/hr - Heavy Excel and MS Word usage - Coordinates Travel - Manages Expenses - Orders office supplies - Manages Calendars - Edits job specifications (data entry corrections) - Must be comfortable with MS Outlook - Exposure to Quickbooks, Bill Quick or similar is nice to have


This role will:

Manage calendars

Complete administrative and project assignments as needed

Enter job specifications into their job tracking system
