Administrative Assistant

Are you experienced in Administrative Support with a good Customer Service mindset? Do you excel in Data Entry tasks and have sharp skills in Microsoft Office? If so, we have a great opportunity available for you!

Randstad is working with a Government Client in Downtown Phoenix to identify an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for maintaining data entry in spreadsheets, providing excellent customer service and problem solving via phone and email, and posting payments amongst other tasks. This is a long-term, temporary position lasting 1 year with potential extension.

Pay: $13.75/hr

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85007

Length: 1 Year +

Processing revenue, assisting providers with payment portal; performing data entry; processing/approving applications; performing high level customer service activities - both internal and external while managing high call volumes through utilization of a strong understanding of rules, statutes, policies and procedures; provides customer service via phone and email and gives appropriate specialized guidance and information to the customer to facilitate resolution of issues, handling complex customers in a calm, professional manner; maintaining public and data base records; working with electronic systems and multiple databases; may train new staff. All of which is necessary in order to maintain important time-frames mandated by Rule. Division support includes reception and other assigned duties and projects.
