Randstad is assisting in the search for an Accounting Clerk for a family run business in the Lenexa area! This business has been in the Kansas City area for over 50 years and they are growing! The right candidate for this position has great attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and is highly organized.
- Assist with accounting specifically accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Handle the job costing and preparation of bids
- Provide administrative support
- Assist with month end closing
- Excel (1 year of experience is required)
- Order Entry
- Administrative Duties (2 years of experience is preferred)
- Accounts Receivable (2 years of experience is required)
- Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is required)
- Journal Entries
- Month-End Close
- General Ledger
