This is a virtual, 100% remote work from home opportunity providing customer service and billing support for a Fortune 100 insurance company. Metrics include Average Call Handle Time, After Call Work, and Adherence to Schedule. Monday-Friday start between 8am and 11am and ends 8.5 hours after. There will be Saturday rotations.
Research and respond to customer inquiries in a high volume call center for a Fortune 100 Insurance Company, responsible for taking inbound customer calls to process payments and offer billing solutions for homeowner and auto insurance policies. In addition, there may be some interaction with third party vendors with requests to modify lien holder information.
