Understand organizational needs and business decisions and work across Human Resources to analyze trends and partner cross-functionally in support of our people initiatives.
Investigate and bring resolution to employee / labor relations issues (includes grievances for union client groups), conducting thorough and effective investigations as necessary
Provide administrative support on all people data for respective client teams to maintain accuracy and completion of data (e.g. personal information, organization charts, employment authorizations (I-9) including visa/immigration data, employment status including leaves of absence and workers compensation, etc.)
Partner with HR colleagues to ensure thorough understanding of HR program frameworks in order to successful implement and ensure client adoption in functional areas.
Ensure HR practices are in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, Ghirardelli Vision, Goal and Values and the Lindt credo.
