Administrative Assistant

Are you a customer focused individual with excellent communication skills? Are you looking for a part time role that could do permanent through hard work and reliability? If so, we want to talk to you! We are recuiting for a temporary, part time Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant for a wholesale flower and floral supply company.  This role is paying in $15-16/hr range. 

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all guests, clients and staff, manages the company’s lobby area.
  • Works with Marketing department to create Welcome signs for visitors.
  • Escorts visitors to destination as needed.
  • Screens, answers switch board, directs phone calls and takes accurate messages


Skills
  • Answering Phones
  • Switchboard Operation (1 year of experience is required)
  • Oral Communication (2 years of experience is required)
  • Administrative Duties
Education
  • High School (required)

Working hours: 12:30 PM - 5 PM
