Warehouse Office Clerk

Are you looking for an Entry level Office Professional position? Do you have  warehouse experience with some office experience? Are you looking for a company you can grow with that has uncapped room for growth? Local warehousing company is searching for an entry level Office clerk set in a warehouse environment. Must have steel toed shoes, and be comfortable in a warehouse environment.  This is a great opportunity for an entry level Office professional with warehousing experience.   


Primary Tasks: Compute warehouse expense accounts against budget. Distribute paychecks on a weekly basis. Prepare accurate reports for management decision making. Perform accurate data entry such that information generated is accurate and up-to-date. Interact with customers and vendors in a friendly, timely and quality manner; ensure customers' and vendors' questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Demonstrate awareness of customer needs and perform duties to effectively meet those needs. Demonstrate effective and accurate oral and written communication skills with customers and the community. Provide clerical and administrative support, including the preparation of correspondence such as letter writing, copying and distributing, filing and processing mail, facsimiles and other correspondence.
