Customer Service Representative

*Enter contract orders into ERP system *Manage customer contracts in SalesForce including quoting renewal contracts, and contracts reports in SalesForce to ensure we do not lapse. *Invoice all contracts monthly to allow for billing in Made2Manage (SAP application) *Track progress of parts and materials for Service orders to ensure on-time delivery. *Ability to make independent decisions regarding project management of all service work or customer issues within assigned customers *Discuss and record service issues presented by customers into Cases *Create/Receive purchase orders and approve invoices *Manage open cases with a goal of resolving customer’s issues in a timely manner  



• strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Able to work with and present materials clearly to a diverse population
• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and build relationships
• Ability to make independent judgements and decisions that reflect company guidelines
