Leasing / Call Center Agents

We are looking for energetic, articulate, computer savvy individuals to support inbound call volume related to current and prospective residents living in apartment communities across the US.  The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing, dynamic personality with exceptional communication skills and keen attention to detail.  EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE  Required:   

  • High School Diploma and two (2) or more years of experience in customer service 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Internet Explorer 
  • Flexibility in schedule which may include nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred:  

  • At least two (2) years of experience in real estate or leasing industry 
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a high-volume call center environment  
  • Experience with Real Estate software applications; especially the following: Yardi, CTI, MRI, JD Edwards, Skyline, Timberline, RentRoll, OneSite, AMSI, or Great Plains 
  • Knowledge of Federal Fair Housing Laws 


Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phones in a high-volume call center environment
  • Handle email/chat-based customer inquiries efficiently
  • Maintain high degree of professionalism, availability, dependability, and flexibility
  • Deliver highly professional customer service experience
  • Handle service request/work order calls with efficiency and accuracy
  • Process payments, handle billing inquires
  • Positively represent client properties to prospects and current residents
