Our client is seeking a full-time Registrations/Case Administrator for charitable organization clients to file state registrations. Responsibilities include communicating with clients and state registration offices, completing registration forms promptly, and submitting documents to the various states. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and handle large volumes of work, communicate well and be openly engaged in a collaborative work environment!
This is a full-time position best suited for a candidate with legal experience, claims experience and/or government filings. The position requires excellent attention to detail, effective time management skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include communicating with clients and state registration offices, completing registration forms promptly, and submitting documents to the various states.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude are essential, as well as the ability and desire to learn and comprehend charity law. Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel is required, as is a college degree with at least 3 years of professional office experience.
