Office Administrative Support

Do you have thick skin and can work well under pressure with high-level executives? We are actively recruiting for a qualified, hardworking, and experienced administrative assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Candidates must be comfortable with high volume foot traffic in and out of the office and weekend hours. 

Responsibilities

- Assist with the preparation of sales contracts 

- High volume, repetitive data entry

- Provide customer service to walk-ins 

- Overall office duties
