Technical Recruiter - REMOTE

Are you a technical recruiting expert? We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter for a tech company in San Francisco, CA. This is position will start remote. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4-years experience in recruiting, with significant experience in technical recruiting. We are looking for an excellent communicator, with extensive knowledge of interivew and screening methods, as well as knowledge of HRIS systems Bamboo HR & Greenhouse. Responsibilities

Work with the Head of People (HoP), to design and implement the overall recruiting strategy. Manage the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, candidate selection, scheduling interviews, and closing process, using Greenhouse. Maintain the Greenhouse ATS - ensure it is being used according to established processes. Work with HoP to develop KPI’s for recruiting team: manage KPI achievement and tracking for team. Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview plans and position requirements. Develop job postings. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings. Facilitate the offer process by creating & extending the offer.
