Sales Administrator

We are actively recruiting for a qualified Sales Administrator to support the Sales team of a client of ours in Miami. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, will support a team of 11 Sales members, and will be able to perform well under deadlines. Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales team throughout the Quote to Cash Cycle:  product/service design; pricing; quote creation; sales order creation; collection of cash deposit; request purchase orders for equipment, installation & rigging, parts; invoicing; verify cash collection; shipment; and delivery & install.
  • Update & maintain sales leads and customer data in CRM.  Generate daily, weekly and monthly sales and accountability reports.   
  • Prepare sales quotes and sales & security agreements.  This task will require calculating list/resale/net pricing and establishing target margins collaboratively with Sales representatives.
  • Verify order information to ensure completeness and accuracy of product information, equipment options, quantities, pricing, discounts, delivery information, etc.
  • Primary liaison between internal departments
  • Assist in management of equipment inventory for new and used machines by identifying sales opportunities for on hand equipment.
