Customer Service - Acts as first point of contact for all employee levels, colleagues and applicants. Consistently provides exceptional customer service to include providing timely, accurate information and problem resolution.
Resolves individual employee issues related to benefits, payroll, and time accruals.
Possesses knowledge of HR applications, policies and procedures. Resolves individual employee issues related to payroll, time accruals and benefits. Data Integrity - Ensures accurate data entry, eProfile updating and new hire processing of employee information to facilitate smooth and accurate payroll and correct employee benefits enrollments. Project Management - Adapts quickly to changes impacting both technical and non-technical processes, policies and procedures
Candidates should have 1+ years of HR experience (or an HR internship) and outstanding customer service skills, problem solving skills, call center experience a plus!
