Randstad USA is currently looking for exceptional professionals who have experience delivering excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, patient, polite, professional and able to easily adapt to change and have at least 1 year of call center experience. In this role you will be responsible for, but not limited to, providing top-notch service, support and assistance to our clientele, including documenting and reporting problems.
As a Call Center Specialist you will answer incoming calls and emails from customers for researching solutions, taking bill payments, processing orders, reviewing options, and troubleshooting issues.
In addition, you will document information into a client system to track customer interactions and solutions.
