Transaction Coordinator

I have an exciting opportunity to work for a 4 location Real Estate Office! This is a full time, temp to perm position. Seeking a strong Admin role, with at least 2 years experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in Canva or some type of Graphic Design and a Real Estate background. Although, neither of these are required.  The candidate needs to be proficient in Data Entry and Microsoft Office. 


Support Office Manager and Real Estate agents with whatever thet may need from an administrative stand point


  • Real Estate License (1 year of experience is preferred)
  • Microsoft Office (1 year of experience is preferred)
  • Multi-tasking
  • Working Independently
  • Written Communication
  • Prioritizing
  • Transcribing Notes
  • High School (required)
  • Years of experience: 1 year
  • Experience level:Experienced
Shift: First

Working hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
