Responsibilities

In this job you will handle inquiries from different sources that include calls, emails and chat.

Ideal candidate must have good phone skills that convey enthusiasm and professionalism.

Must have prior  call center experience and be able to speak English and Spanish

Must be able to communicate effectively and calmly to customers and coworkers with different needs.

Must be well versed in technology and familiar with Customer Relationship systems.

bilingual with Spanish and English required.
