Randstad has an immediate need for a Customer Service rep in the Eagan area! This position will require previous experience in customer service in an office setting, call center or previous administrative experience. This will NOT be work from home. This position will be managing inbound calls and emails from customers and giving status updates on delivery times to clients, addressing questions or concerns and readjusting timelines when necessary. This position will be Temp to Hire after 3-4 months, will pay $19/h-$21/hr, and will be Monday- Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
Manage Inbound and outbound calls
Update clients on delivery status or changes
Troublshooting any issues regarding deliveries
