Looking for a Communications Manager, Social Media to join its Corporate Media Relations team. The team's mission is to communicate about our company and people with one voice, and to engage external stakeholders around key issues and company priorities. In this role, you will work on supporting the social media presence of our Global Chief Diversity Officer. You’ll help source and draft compelling content for her social channels, craft the tone, and help shape content for company brand channels catering to diverse audiences.
Work with cross-functional teams to build out an editorial calendar
Write executive messaging and copy for social channels
Keep an eye on the pulse of the media landscape, especially at the intersection of culture, DEI and technology, to identify and surface proactive and reactive opportunities on social media
Coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and copy on social
Brainstorm and implement creative social media strategies to build engagement and reach
Partner with the creative department team to develop complementary visuals and videos to best reflect the tone and style authentic to the executive
Partner with internal communications team to manage executive’s presence with employees
Counsel and work directly with executives
Help manage external agencies.
