HR Business Consultant

Our client is currently looking to hire a Human Resource (HR) Business Consultant to support Business leaders to design and execute talent strategies  (associate development, org effectiveness, workforce planning, onboarding, leadership development, etc.) and measure impact. Canidate can sit in San Francisco, Irvine or Los Angeles.  This is a long term assignment through 12/2022.  
  • 3-5 years of Human Resources, Talent Development, or HR Consulting experience
  • Experience identifying and addressing performance review and associate development issues
  • Excellent consulting and diagnostic skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and networks across broad organizations and with senior leaders
  • Excellent problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to influence others effectively
  • Demonstrated interest in Human Resources analytics, and the ability to turn data into meaningful business insights
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA or Masters in Human Resources Management is preferred


Responsibilities

Talent Strategy & Consulting

  • Partner with HRBP and business leaders to design and execute talent strategies (associate development, org effectiveness, workforce planning, onboarding, leadership development, etc.) and measure impact
  • Consult with HR partners, senior leaders, and business groups to diagnose and design solutions for increased organizational and team effectiveness
  • Facilitate organizational and team effectiveness sessions
  • Help evolve companies culture of development & growth
  • Actively respond to manager inquiries across ITG
Performance and Talent Review

  • Drive and execute the performance review strategy
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, ensure alignment to purpose, and strategies to mitigate for bias for both performance and talent review
  • Analyze high potential population and measure impact of higher potential development
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify critical talent challenges then recommend development solutions
