Administrative Assistant with Excel Focus

Randstad is hiring for an Administrative Assistant with a heavy focus on Excel, for a great client in North Kingstown.  This position is a long term temporary to hire position.  Candidates must be comfortable working in Excel and able to perform VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables.  They should also have experience with Administrative work. Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced Excel skills daily to compile, sort and analyze data, including: VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables.
  • Assist the Director with all administrative duties.
  • Assist with process improvements and workflow efficiencies.
  • Work on ad hoc projects.
