Are you a planning, communication, and customer service expert? We are looking for a personable Administrative Professional for our client in Tempe. The ideal candidate has experience planning meetings, managing agendas, communications, and travel arrangements. We are looking for a multi-tasker who thrives in a fast paced environment.  

Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide support for up to 11 U.S. based colleagues by performing the following duties:

  • Managing their calendar/schedule
  • Managing their travel arrangements
  • Event planning
  • Meeting and conference call planning
