We currently have an opportunity for a Fortune 100 insurance company located in Springfield, MA. This is a rapidly growing industry and they urgently need a customer support orientated candidate with experience preferably in billing to help the business continue to grow! The position is temp-to-hire and is not a commissioned sales position. This opportunity provides you the chance to learn and establish yourself in a fast paced, high volume, growth environment.
Research and respond to customer inquiries in a high volume call center. Review and update customer records on computerized data base. Resolve problems and refer to responsible parties. Perform due diligence on customer inquiries through oral communication. College level education or equivalent, relevant experience. Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience. Superior oral communications skills on the telephone. Good written communication skills. Problem solving ability. Working knowledge of specified computer based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and data bases.
Pay rate: $14.50
Work hours: Monday through Saturday with a flex start time of 9AM-10:30AM decided based on business need. If you are scheduled to work a Saturday you would have a comp day of Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday which you will bid for while in training. You will work a 40 hour work week once you are out of training with the option of overtime being available once live on the floor.
