Responsible for answering telephone inquiries related to 401Ks. Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Must have a bachelor degre or 3 years experience in call center or finance. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Working hours: M-F 8am - 5pm
Must enjoy a fast paced environment and be good at multi-tasking
