We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant familiar with Salesforce our client located in Annapolis, MD to work with the salesmen in the Marketing department . This is a temp to hire opportunity paying between $15 per hour, working Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities are but not limited to:
-Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
-Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
-Schedule appointments for the salesmen (Primary Responsibility)
-Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
-Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
-Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
-Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
-Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
High School Diploma or GED
Prior experience with Salesforce software is required
Prior Customer Service experience (preferred)
