Our client, a major financial firm downtown Charlote, NC a is seeking to employ an Entry Level Administrative Assistant/Clerk.
Hours: Monday - Friday TBD
Assignment Length: 6 months (possibility to extend)
Performs routine administrative tasks for a manager and/or department. Duties include: scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements and distributing mail; producing routine documents and reports using word processing and spreadsheet software; performing routine data entry operation; answering/directing phone calls and taking messages as needed.
You will be primarily responsible for coordinating activities around recruiting and onboarding a large staffing project the client has over the next few months.
