Responsibilities

- Performs inbound and/or outbound calls to agents, vendors, or policyholders
- Documents transactions received by phone, email or mail into a database
- Uses a computerized system for tracking, information gathering and/or troubleshooting
- Follows process guidelines to complete work
- Handles routine transactions, makes decisions and resolves routine problems
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5PM

Requirements

--Experience in customer service
--Excellent telephone skills
--Excellent oral and written communication skills
--Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a high volume production environment
--Excellent decision making skills
--Excellent analytical/problem solving skills
--May require typing wpm minimum
--Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
